Nancy has worked in fitness since the 80’s and has seen it all- from Jazzercise to Zumba to Strength training, Nancy discusses them all and why her current approach is the best yet.
We discuss how strength training improves body composition and makes weight loss efforts easier and more effective as well as personal results from ourselves and clients. We also talk about how easy it can be- 30 minutes once or twice a week!
