Easy Blood Sugar Balancing Smoothie for PCOS Template

A blood sugar balanced and insulin friendly smoothie template for PCOS smoothies that works every time and can be mixed and matched with different flavors!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz milk of choice- I prefer soy, coconut, or grass fed for PCOS
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds or other fiber source
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I use be well by kelly, see the notes below for a link with discount)
  • 1/2 cup low glycemic fruit- think berries or citrus
  • 1 cup leafy greens like spinach or kale

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend up. Sometimes I add a couple ice cubes to make it more cold and you can also add frozen fruit to help!
