- 8 oz milk of choice- I prefer soy, coconut, or grass fed for PCOS
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds or other fiber source
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I use be well by kelly, see the notes below for a link with discount)
- 1/2 cup low glycemic fruit- think berries or citrus
- 1 cup leafy greens like spinach or kale
