As a functional nutritionist, I am uniquely trained to look deeply at the health of the body to help find the root cause of disease and dysfunction.
Through my platforms on social media, my courses, and my podcast, I aim to educate and inspire you by sharing all the knowledge I've gained over the years in my own health journey and working with clients.
One on one I use a combination of thoughtful functional lab testing, diet, and supplementation to create custom plans for my clients and I nurture you through them every step of the way.
I’m passionate about this work because I have been in your shoes. Struggling with PCOS and infertility concerns, I eventually was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in my mid-twenties. We used IVF to conceive our miracle baby, Calvin, in 2019. My own health issues have made me passionate about helping women with chronic health and fertility conditions.
